Low-volume manufacturing is suitable for products that require post-processing which cannot be finished by die casting, products which structure is not suitable for injection molding, with large product structures and quantity is small which require cost savings, products with high precision etc. 

CSZM has advanced processing equipment with a precision controllable range of 0.01-0.1mm. Please indicate the following to the sales staff before start the project

1, Indicating the tolerance requirements in prototyping drawings, or tell salesman the detailed information, be sure the number of prototypes machining;

2, State material selection, in particular or some special materials;

3, Special requirements of prototype machining, such as cannot dismantle prototype machining, should overall prototype machining;

5, The appearance treatment of prototype, such painting with which color, or brushing, anodizing etc.
